Job Description:
To support our continuous business growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking full-time Warehouse Operative to join our inbound operations. This role is ideal for someone who is punctual, responsible, able to work well in a team, and comfortable with basic warehouse tasks such as receiving, scanning, stock checking, and putting goods away. Candidates must have a legal right to work in the UK and be able to communicate in English for daily work requirements, Chinese is a plus.
Responsibilities

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Outbound Operative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling outbound operations including picking, scanning, packing, palletising and assisting with loading to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately according to system-generated picking lists
- Use PDA/scanner to complete picking tasks
- Verify items and print/apply shipping labels
- Pack goods using cartons or logistics bags as required
- Stack and wrap pallets securely with stretch film
- Verify quantities and delivery channels before outbound staging
- Assist with loading and complete signature & photo confirmation
Requirements
- Can use English as a working language, Chinese is a plus
- Must have legal right to work in the UK
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using PDA/scanners is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Good teamwork and communication skills

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control & Stocktake Associate to join our Warehouse Tally Team. This role focuses on stocktake, discrepancy investigation, inventory correction, product disposal/organization, and exception handling, ensuring accurate inventory records to prevent shipment delays and unnecessary compensation costs.
You will work closely with multiple departments to trace the root cause of inventory issues, support process improvement from the source, and help maintain operational accuracy across inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular stocktaking, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, mixed items, incorrect SKU counts)
- Carry out inventory adjustments and system corrections accurately and timely
- Organize and document damaged, expired, or disposal items, including sorting and destruction procedures
- Handle inventory-related exceptions and abnormal cases affecting outbound shipments
- Support cross-functional investigations with Operations, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to reduce repeated errors
- Maintain clear records and reports to reduce losses and avoid unnecessary claims/compensation
Requirements
- Chinese speaker in required and basic English communication
- Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stocktake is preferred (training can be provided)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive discrepancy cases professionally
- Familiar with warehouse systems / WMS or Excel is an advantage
