Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Outbound Operative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling outbound operations including picking, scanning, packing, palletising and assisting with loading to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
Responsibility
- Pick products accurately according to system-generated picking lists
- Use PDA/scanner to complete picking tasks
- Verify items and print/apply shipping labels
- Pack goods using cartons or logistics bags as required
- Stack and wrap pallets securely with stretch film
- Verify quantities and delivery channels before outbound staging
- Assist with loading and complete signature & photo confirmation
Requirements
- Can use English as a working language, Chinese is a plus
- Must have legal right to work in the UK
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using PDA/scanners is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Full-time availability only (part-time not considered)
